NJCDL Alert - Oppose S1774

Fellow New Jersey Gun Owners,

On Monday, December 8, New Jersey Senate Law and Public Safety Committee will vote on S1774, legislation that would prohibit lawful gun owners from purchasing more than one handgun per month. This bill heaps on additional regulation to an already bogged down pistol permit process, and violation of the proposed law could result in a year and a half worth of jail time. This is a bill that deserves to be defeated, so please contact members of the Senate Law and Public Safety Committee and your senator today.

While you are on the phone with your representatives, please also thank them for their support of the previously mentioned S809, which passed the Senate in a 35-0 vote.

To find out which NJ Legislative District you live in, search for your townand
